I had loads of fun today from making water on the computer to playing with electrons a hope I can come back next year. Comments: Today we learned how to make molecules on MacSpartan. We also learned about the peroidic table and how molecules can form. We did a model of water as an example. After break, we played a game where we had to join hands in a circle and unravel ourselves to explain annealing. We also played around with electrons to see what electric charges could do. We had a lot of fun on our last day here in Modeling Your World. Today we had fun modeling water (H20) in MacSpartan and playing with electrons in Surface. We had a good time at camp this year and hope to come back next year. It was much easier to breathe today. I enjoyed the activities today and I think we should have even more outdoor activites. I think in the future, there should be more activities. I have trouble seeing Tissue (a computer) and I get headaches looking at computer screens with my glasses on. But oveerall I enjoyed this camp. Thanks! Today was our last day at Modeling Your World. In that case we looked at how electrons repell from each other we also looked at how atoms form molecules. We learned how to use programs. Today was our last day in this class and we learned alot this week. We learned all about science and math and environmental issues. Today in particular we worked with chemistry and created a water molecule on the computer. We figured out many different programs on the internet, STELLA, MacSpartan, and Sim Surface. We had a lovely time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We also appreciated the time and ENERGY that our instuctors spent planning and teaching us. Thank You! Last Update: |
