Candid Student Reports

The following (emails) were written by members of the Saturday Explorations Club during the last session of the program. Some elements may have been removed for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.

I think today was really awesome especially when I made my snowflake 
and of course when I ate snack. I really enjoyed myself!

       Today we learned about fractals, simila-
rities,how to do figures with snowflakes.
It was very fun and I understanded everything 
to the person who explained it.

 I liked watching what orbits  went back and ford.I also liked the snowfleck
 all the neat shapes you can do with it.
and yes there are  another  places  where the orbit  has self  similarity.

Today we did fractals and the Mandelbrot set.  
It was really fun and i learned a lot about fractals.
