Candid Student Reports
The following reports were written by members of Math Explorations, Session B during the fourth day of the program. Some elements may have been removed/edited for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.
Today was great, in that it was interactive. The
presentations were fun to do, but they also gave us the
opportunity to learn a topic on our own, as well as have
the experience of teaching a class. The class was very
well organized, and was a lot of fun.
Jenna
In the first half we presented our activities that we
worked on. That wasn't too exciting. The second half
we worked on fractals. That was much better.
David
Todays class was exciting we got to present our projects
and we learned about different fractals, like Mandelbrot
and Sierpinski's Triangle.

I like this camp I had fun I learned about fractals with my
partner. I and math and we had our presentason today I
learned different things about fractions we are still trying
to figure out the computer pattren.
Karyee
We learned how to work on the Mandelbrot set. We liked today
because it was challenging to find different sets inside another
set.
