Day 4
In the afternoon, the forensics workshop took place. Sam and Deb led the kids on a goose-chase of sorts, complete with a fictional back-story. A (fictional) intern was found dead in the kitchen, leaving little information on her death. The kids had to go around and interrogate the still-living interns to try and solve the crime. As 4pm drew near, the biggest clue of all was discovered - an encoded journal entry. With a little help from Caesar Cipher (i have no idea if that's spelled right or the url for it), they had to decode the message. Unfortunately the case went unsolved for today, but they got awfully close! The forensics workshop will reach its exciting conclusion tomorrow.
