Today was the second day that the students worked on their projects. Ranging from deep sea diving to planetary capture and astrophysics, the projects encompassed a wide variety of topics. The TIPsters were somewhat sluggish this morning, but knowing what was coming for lunch kept them alive. After a wonderful cookout lunch hosted by the Shodor staff that consisted of hotdogs and hamburgers, the students were energized for an afternoon of work. The group that was doing planetary capture and astrophysics demonstrated how their model simulated the planets' rotation around the sun. The students had a ton of fun today and can't wait for tomorrow!
