The following (emails) were written by members of the Internet Science Exploration during the first session of the program. Some elements may have been removed for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.

today we talked with bob 1 about the scientific method. then we talked about the ebola virus.

I liked it when Bob 1 came in hear and talked to us. I also liked It when we made the model.

Adam

Today Bob 1 came in again. He had some interesting things to say. I counted 3 heads on a quarter. I also saw about 21 fives on a 5$ bill. I also saw about 6 the on a 5$ bill. With Johnathan we made a chart about the Ebola Virus. I had fun today.

Hi again today. I had fun this morning talking with Bob1 and learning about science and the scientific method (even though there isn't just one method). I also learned different things about the way your body recieves messages. I studied the five dollar bill more than I thought I ever would. With Johnathan and Lauren I learned more about the internet and a great deal about the Ebola Virus. This workshop is teaching me more than I thought I would learn.

Today we learned about the ebola virus, and made a model of it, we also learned about the differance between a numeral and a number

Today we learned how to observe better.It was really fun!

Today I had a good time. We programmed an Ebola simulation and I got to see Conrad's web page.
