Cluster Installation Methods

Problem(s) annotations: It would be useful to suggest skills needed to be able to follow the instructions to install a cluster. Expanding all of the acronyms would be useful to a novice with cluster technologies. Recommendations: A good start-up document. Pointers to NCSI workshop schedule may be useful for those that want to attend a class. Are there other places offering workshops to list as well? (NCSA, SDSC, OSC, etc.)
