Today we started our unit on parallel computing. We talked about Little Fe and other cluster computers. A cluster computer is like a small super computer. This is made of a bunch of small clusters. There is a large heat sink on the inside to prevent the cpu from overheating. The nice part about cluster computers when compared to super computers are that they can be made from separate parts that are easy to obtain. We then were tasked to "create" a computer with a budget of $2000.
