From the situation that I'm in, I would worry and care more about my
teammate's personal issues than our business. It seems like Troy has the
most problems since he is working with another company by slacking off in
our company. I would talk to him to solve his profit issues. However,
Susan seems to be fine considering her personal life. She and I can work
extra to fill in Troy's spot until he is back on track. Yet, I would not
push Andy too hard because he is going through legal issues. I would talk
to him and try to help him, but never really push him to work harder
regarding our business. Lastly, Shanetta is exhausted because she was
pushed to work too hard. I would let her rest a little bit, but still
would require her to come in and work at the minimum time requirement.
