The principal goal of my team is to create the public interface for the application in forty-five days so that it can be submitted to the Interactive Bio-Ergonomic Symposium. We have the capability to do so. However, there are a few issues that are compromising the cohesiveness, efficiency, and capability of the team. As the manager, it is my duty to fix these problems or risk compromising the whole operations and anding the nineteen million dollar prize to the Blue Company. The first team member I must address is Troy. Troy is the most important person in the team, he is the one that actually codes our program. If Troy is moonlighting with another company, then that is a big concern to the capability of the team. I will tell him, that according to office ethics, a person can only have one job, and cannot use the skills they have learned to work for another company. I will have to be harsh with Troy, and tell him that he can only have one job, and that it is time to choose. I would also have to address the other team members as well. First is Patricia, who is covering up for Troy. Her behavior is unacceptable, and I will have to tell her to stop. Andy is going through a divorce, though his legal issues do not seem to be affecting his performance. However, I should remind him that we have a time constraint, and he should work to the best of his ability while balancing his legal issues. Shannet is doing very well, but I will not push her too hard as not to make her quit the RED company.
