Who (among Shodor staff and your peers) helped you the most? How did they help you?
With Joel's help Added the .java.policy to /etc/skel so future users can receive the fix. While working on the java policy fix I didn't have server root so Joel did find command with the flag maxdepth 2 in the dir /home found a few users with java policies only three receive usage. Joel showed me how it worked it was very helpful.

Who did you help? How did you help them?
Helped John with the Brother MFC printer not printing. Helped Joel setup the iMacs from when they were moved from the painting that was happening above earlier. Saw on the iMac Mistress that Rob was still logged on his account I logged him off his account and saved his tabs since I asked and people said he would not be in till Monday.
