Today was completely revolved around terminal. We learned that command lines can be much more powerful than GUI. This was demonstarted by having 3 contests in which we (the apprentices) had to find or change the name of files using the GUI method and Jym used the command line. It was proved that GUI is better than the command line only when you're searching for files with the same text within those files by searching for it. For the rest of class, we followed along with Jym as he took us through the many steps of using the commands needed to access files and modifying them. Eventually I accidentally closed down the terminal and lost everything that I did. That was not fun. :(
