To learn how to use gimp, we made this image. We used the fuzzy select tool to cut out the turtle, and then added it to the picture of the nebula.

Thease are my cosmic owls. I used the fuzzy select tool to cut them out of another image and then used the supernova filter to give them lazer eyes.

I got to mess with Aaron and Ernie, so, I replaced Aarons head with an owl's head and replaced Ernie's body with and owl.

I turned the abstract logo I made in inkscape into a square web banner, and added a background color.

I did a similar thing with the rectangle banner, I really liked the purple gradient in the background.
