The town of Mayberry has had a unexpected rise in the crime. The Citizens are losing money while the Robbers are becoming richer! The Citizens decided to hire some Cops to stop the Robbers. The population of Mayberry is 80 citizens, 20 police, and 20 robbers. They all walk randomly. Citizens get a 1000 amount of money every 30 days. When a Robber meets a Cop, the cop takes all of the robber's money. When a Robber meets a citizen, the robber robs 25% of the citizen's money. When a robber goes to a bank, the robber robs 25% of the bank's money. When a citizen goes to the bank, the citizen deposits 50% of their money and then withdraws 25% of the bank's money.
