I think the best solution to the problem is first, to explain to all the team members the hardships they will face in completing the goal and to have a discussion about the best ways to go about completing the project. Even though we are already working long hours, we will probably need to work even longer to finish before the deadline. If Troy got a raise, he wouldn't need to work at another business and his productivity would increase. Because Susan wouldn't have to help Troy with his work, her productivity would increase as well. If we helped Andy pay for a good lawyer, he would have less legal issues to deal with and more time to work on the project.
