Funded in part by the National Science Foundation, the purpose of the TechMath Project is to
enable teachers to bridge the gap between the classroom and real-world applications of math.
Secondary math and science teachers, with the help of secondary students and a business
partner, developed instructional modules that use "real world math, technology, and the
business connection" to engage students in doing mathematics.
