The PetaKit Project's StatKit & PlotKit

  • The perl script in the scaling activity is called "StatKit."
  • For the purposes of the activity we intentionally did not use StatKit to its fullest potential, but:
    • StatKit can collect all the data needed for a scaling graph in one command line.
    • PlotKit, an accompanying program, can take StatKit's output and convert it into a scaling graph.
