What does this Model Represent?

This model is a simple representation of the spread of an epidemic disease.

What are the elements of this Model?

The model begins with 199 healthy people and 1 sick person. Then, the agents move around randomly until, one by one, each of the healthy people catches the disease and becomes sick.

How do I use this Model?

This model is very simple. Press [Setup] to reset the model, then press [Go] to let it run. The model will stop automatically when everyone is sick.

What should I expect?

The number of sick people will increase rapidly until all of the healthy agents have converted to sick agents.
