Forensic Science is a workshop designed to introduce middle schoolers to the methods of observing, gathering and analyzing physical evidence to solve mysteries. Students will learn about different forensics techniques while gaining an understanding of the scientific method.
This workshop can be taught in a variety of ways. Typically, student activities center around a mystery, where students solve the mystery by completing the activities. Feel free to make up your own mystery, or be inspired by the plot lines listed below.
