How Bob fixed the numbers

Bob2 spent most of the afternoon and evening changing our Gaussian94 input data to focus only on 1 dihedral, and to scan from 120 to 130 degrees instead of 20 to 160 degrees. He added in a bond length scan of the dihedral to ensure a three-data-set graph. This experiment yielded a much smaller range of potential energy answers than we had previously expected, but we were still able to graph a potential energy low point.
