This form submits data to a perlscript which calculates possible molecular formulas for a compound with the given percent mass composition.
Instructions
Put values in as percents, ie "77.7", not "0.777", if the number is 77.7%.
The sum of the percents must equal 100.
The "start" and "end" values refer to the number of carbons to use as guesses in the formula. The program will decide if it is possible to make a compound with that percent composition, given a certain number of carbons. If any possible formulas are
found with whole numbers of carbons between (or equalling) the "start" and "end" values which you give, the formulas will be reported.
