• Queues come from Reservoirs. Choose a reservoir and push “Queue” radio button.

• Service comes from Reservoirs. Choose a reservoir and push “Oven” radio button.

• Stochastic processes are the Pumps (arrival process, service process) and Ovens (“Make variable”).
