| Summary | The student will develop a parallel version of a serial Matlab code simulating the deposition and growth of microbial biofilms using MPI and C. Testing and revision will be carried out using a compute cluster on campus. The process of developing and testing the code will be documented in the form of a tutorial appropriate for teaching undergraduate Biology, Math and Computer Science students. |
