Georgia Quality Core Curriculum Standards

The Georgia Quality Core Curriculum Standards for grades 6-8 mathematics details grade level expectations across six strands in mathematics: Geometry and Spacial Sense, Number Sense and Numeration, Patterns and Relationships, Problem Solving, Statistics and Probability, Whole Number Computation and Estimation. The complete Georgia QCC's for grades 6-8 mathematics is available online via the Georgia Department of Education website. These pages were developed in partnership with the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC) through the Georgia Industrial Fellowships for Teachers (GIFT) program. CEISMC is an organization housed at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
