Activity 1 Try to lead the robot to the green dot in as few steps as you can.

Activity 2 Lead the robot to the green dot by the shortest possible path.

Activity 3 Several people can play against each other. They take turns making steps. The person who reaches the green dot wins.

Activity 4 Lead the robot to the green dot making steps along grid lines only (i.e., either vertically or horizontally). Record the total length of your path. Do it again with another maze, recording the length of your path. What do you see? Why?
